New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.
You can cancel your FM Radio subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep full Pro access until that date.
Cancelling immediately stops your next payment. It does not remove your access early. You can continue using FM Radio until your paid period expires.
To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
FM Radio offers refunds in the following situations:
Outside of the situations listed above, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not issued for monthly plans.
Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the subscription year at a significant discount compared to monthly billing.

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster and without the friction a dispute causes.
Accounts with an open chargeback dispute will be suspended pending resolution. If a chargeback is filed for a charge we consider valid under this policy, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to your payment provider.
FM Radio may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By accessing or using fmradioservices.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. FM Radio Services LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time with 14 days notice to active subscribers.
FM Radio provides access to an AI-generated music streaming library on a subscription basis. All music is generated using artificial intelligence and is owned by FM Radio Services LLC. Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and download music for personal and commercial use within the terms of their subscription plan.
FM Radio offers paid subscription plans billed as one-time payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fee. All sales are final subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscribers are granted a royalty-free license to use FM Radio tracks in personal projects, content creation, commercial videos, podcasts, advertisements, and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the music itself as a standalone product. You may not claim authorship of the AI-generated tracks.
You agree not to use FM Radio to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our music library in bulk. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without refund.
FM Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you make a payment, your payment details are processed securely by PayPal — we do not store card numbers. We also collect basic usage data such as which tracks you play and your subscription status.
We use your information to provide and improve the FM Radio service, process your subscription, send you account-related emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. Music files are stored in Supabase Storage. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
FM Radio uses minimal browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember your login state and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, email us at support@fmradioservices.site. We will process your request within 30 days.
FM Radio uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and storage), ElevenLabs (AI music generation), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and PayPal (payment processing). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
